Practice Yoga in our group classes or indulge in 1-on-1 yoga classes in a striking location like our Yoga Palapa in Tulum. We offer multilevel classes of Yoga.

Hatha Yoga: These days, hatha is most often used to describe gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses. A hatha class will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners' poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

Iyengar : A form of hatha yoga, it's based on giving primacy to the physical alignment of the body in the poses. In this school, it is taught that there is a correct way to do each pose, and that every student will one day be able to attain perfect poses through consistent practice. Once this balance is created in the body, it will be reflected in the mind.

Vinyasa: Here movement is synchronized to breath, and it's a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
