We grew up with the aroma of warm bread from Puglia, handmade orecchiette shaped by grandmothers, fresh pasta patiently rolled by hand, and sauces slowly simmered for hours in Italian homes. From North to Center to South, each region gifted us a memory, a gesture, a flavor.
Today, those traditions live on in our pappardelle al ragù, gluten-free gnocchi, rich truffle and sausage sauce, and the timeless Roman gricia—dishes that speak the language of real Italian kitchens.
