All guests are invited to begin their wellness journey with a one-hour circuit in our humid areas, thoughtfully designed to relax the body and awaken the senses. Alternating between the hot and cold pools, sauna, Turkish bath, and invigorating Scottish shower helps stimulate circulation, release tension, and prepare the body and mind to fully receive the therapeutic and healing benefits of our treatments.
